Rosapenna, opened in 1893, is the oldest golf resort in the world. It’s conveniently located in Donegal in the northwest of the Republic of Ireland, one of the most beautiful corners of the world – if it’s not pouring.
The Old Course was designed by Old Tom Morris himself and it stands for challenging golf history. The newer championship course, Sandy Hills, with its dune mountain landscape, is simply breathtaking.
